How do I email my carrier to save money?
After you upload your bill, click the "my savings" tab. You will see a hyperlink that says "email your carrier to start saving". This link auto populates a message [shown below] which is preformatted with your savings components. Simple review the email, add comments if you want and click send message to carrier. Your carrier will send you a confirmation email. At that point they may ask for some more info on your account to complete the conversation. Doing your customer service via email is simpler and saves you time.

Or you can email your carrier yourself, learn how by watching these videos.

Here are some things to expect.

Your carrier may send you back an email telling you to use their “secure email transmission” link on their website. First, simply reply back to the email with your last four of your social security number and password to your account. If that does not work then send the carrier an emai through their website. Simply copy and paste and the content of the Validas email into the message box.

Your carrier usually responds in 24-48 hours.
